Who am I?

I am a Swiss-Italian photo enthusiast, based in Zurich.

My photographic journey started when I was around 20 years old, when I got my first DSLR, the Nikon D90. I started taking the D90 wherever I went and loved documenting everything, from travels, to nature or even animals.

In 2019, I acquired my first full-frame DLSR, the Nikon D750; the camera that I still use often to this day. However, it is not until 2020 that I started to educate myself about photography and study the techniques from different sources. Combined with my many travels, and my fondness of the outdoors, I developed a passion for landscape photography.

I see photography not only as a way to capture a landscape at a given time and conditions, but also as a way to express my creativity.

I also got a drone to navigate even more angles and perspectives.

I started choosing my holiday destinations depending on their photogenic potential and in 2022, I quit my job and went on my first photography trip. With the aim to exclusively focus on my art, I went on a solo trip to Oceania and Indonesia for 5 months and was proud to improve the quality of my pictures.
